Using the library well

A suggested way to move through recordings

Participants who are new to a track often start with a Foundations session, then move to Building Consistency once the basic pattern feels familiar. Refining Routine sessions are best approached after a few weeks of steady practice, since they build on habits introduced earlier.

There is no requirement to follow this order. Some participants prefer to browse by topic instead, picking whatever session matches something happening in their week.
