These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of sawaru.info and the workshop content described on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Sawaru, located at 1124 E 31st St, Chicago, IL. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

- The sawaru.info website, its pages, and any workshop content, schedules, or recordings described or made available through it.
- "Content"
- All text, images, session descriptions, schedules, and recorded material appearing on or referenced by the Service.
- "Participant"
- Any individual who registers for, attends, or views a live or recorded workshop session referenced by the Service.
- "Facilitator"
- An individual who leads or presents a workshop session on behalf of Sawaru.
- "We," "us," "our"
- Sawaru, the operator of the Service.
B. Nature of the Service
The Service provides general, educational, webinar-style content relating to movement, rest, and nutrition habits. Content is presented for informational purposes and general habit-building education. It is not personalized medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.
C. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, or dietary advice. Participants are responsible for exercising their own judgment and, where appropriate, consulting a licensed professional before making changes to their movement, sleep, or eating routines.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Content for a particular purpose. Session schedules and availability may change without prior notice.
H. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sawaru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.
